Visa Enquiries

In recent years, visa application procedures for European countries have been tightened. This may cause delays in processing visa applications from non-EU participants. We therefore recommend that you initiate your visa arrangements well in advance.

The service provider INTERCULTURAL CONSULTING will support delegates, visitors and exhibitors with their visa application by issuing an official invitation letter to the WFC11. Please note that due to legal reasons, we are not allowed to carry out invitation letters. Letters of invitation can be requested by filling out the enquiry form below.
